The College Sport Wellington Underwater Hockey finals were held last week.   Congratulations to all the teams who played.

There were some exceptionally close games with the Senior Girls playoff for 3rd and 4th going into 5 minutes of sudden death.  A special congratulations to St Patrick’s College, Wellington juniors and Samuel Marsden Collegiate School juniors for taking out their respective finals.

Just like the senior girls, the junior girls playoff for 3rd and 4th went into sudden death.  It was also great to see Wellington High Junior Open winning division 2.

Thank you to all volunteers including coaches, managers, and parents who acted as transport.  A special thank you to all the referees during the season, especially on Finals night.  Good luck to all schools attending the nationals this week.
