Congratulations to the 2024 NZCT - Student Officials of the Year; Summer Fraser (Onslow College) and Carter Madge (Paraparaumu College)

Summer Fraser:

Summer helped coach emerging umpires through the Kiwi Whistlers programme, and in previous years, has also supported junior Onslow umpires.
She has earned her Zone Award accreditation on the official umpiring pathway and recognised as Netball Wellington’s “2024 Junior Umpire of the Year".
She was also selected to umpire at the 2024 Men’s National Netball Tournament. This prestigious selection highlights the quality of her umpiring and her ability to excel at the national level.
