These By Laws and appendices are binding on all member schools (and any affiliate or associate schools) as defined in the College Sport Wellington Incorporated Constitution and prescribed in Rules 1.8, 1.9 and 1.10. Ultimately, the Principals of member, affiliate and associate schools shall be responsible and accountable for exercising due diligence in the application of them.
