Mike Deane:
Mike has been coaching the futsal and football teams at Wellington East Girls College for over three years, demonstrating a strong commitment to both summer and winter sports.
Mike fosters a positive rapport with students by empowering them to be self-reflective and self-managing. He divides game time evenly and prefers constructive sideline coaching over shouting, maintaining composure during referee disputes.
Both Pelesa and Mike have led teams to Regional victory and National top 5 finishes.
